Terms and Conditions

1. Every member of the organization must pay the monthly membership fee on or before the 5th day of each month. 2. Failure to pay the membership fee for two (2) consecutive months will result in cancellation of membership. 3. Each member must contribute a minimum monthly fee of BDT 200 (two hundred) to the organization's general fund. 4. Funds may be withdrawn in case of emergency, subject to prior notice and approval. However, new members will not be eligible to withdraw funds during the first three (3) to four (4) months. 5. Members must maintain good relations with all members and officials of the organization and attend the head office when required. 6. All members must remain vigilant regarding any form of corruption within the organization. 7. If any member is found guilty of corruption based on valid evidence, the organization reserves the right to expel that member. 8. Attendance at meetings is mandatory when a minimum of seven (7) days' notice is given. In case of absence, a valid explanation must be provided. 9. Misconduct or disorderly behavior toward any chairman, leader, employer, or responsible authority is strictly prohibited. Any act that disrupts organizational discipline will not be accepted. 10. No member shall engage in activities against the interests of the organization. If involvement with any secret or rival organization is proven, the member's membership will be terminated and a lifetime ban will be imposed. The organization reserves the right to take legal action if necessary. 11. All decisions taken by the organization for the collective welfare shall be considered final and binding on all members.
